Remarks
Although C# 7 implements Tuples internally at runtime using the System.ValueTuple type, this is not exposed in the custom syntax and it's a benefit for tuples to work (as much as possible) even if the ValueTuple type is not imported or available (which also requires a separate library prior to .NET 4.7). For these reasons, this class will work as much as possible even if ValueTuple is not available, leaving it's internal reference null. However, if it's available, the ValueTuple type will be referenced, and this is actually required for some things, such as referring to the members of the tuple using 'Item1', 'Item2', etc since this requires references to the fields in the ValueTuple type. Either way, this class has a separate set of fields in order to support the compile-time option of custom names for the tuple fields. This reference actually behaves like a type instance in this way, and each instance of this class has its own type. Any tuples with the same number of fields with the same types are considered equivalent. The types of the fields in the tuple are essentially also type arguments, and are replicated into the TypeArguments of this type reference when the ValueTuple type is available. Note that it's possible to have nested tuples, and also arrays of tuples. Finally, the underlying ValueTuple only supports a maximum of 7 values directly, after which a special ValueTuple with 8 type parameters is used in which the 8th contains a nested ValueTuple. This underlying implementation is hidden from user, such that tuples appear to have any number of members. To support this behavior, and to resolve when the ValueTuple class hasn't been loaded, any "tuple.ItemN" field lookup is 'fake' resolved into a special FieldRef just wrapping the string name if it doesn't resolve normally first.
