The starting column number associated with the CodeObject if parsed from or written to text form.

The expression should be either a NamespaceRef or TypeRef (as of C# 6.0), or a Dot operator whose right-most operand evaluates to a NamespaceRef or TypeRef.

Formatting flags - for line feeds, braces, etc.

True if the 'static' keyword is being used.

The starting line number associated with the CodeObject if parsed from or written to text form.

The parent CodeObject.

The token used to parse the code object.

The optional secondary token used to parse an alternative form of the code object.
